this morning and i just got a call from Justin who is on the river hooking a few chromers and one smallmouth in the last hour. So far we have been very lucky and the rain has held off and it appears that any rain we do get is going to be minimal. Its shaping up to be a great weekend on Steelhead alley.

CHAGRIN: 423 cfs and dropping with 20" of vis and clearing.

CONNEAUT: Is still off color but should fish very well by Sat. Afternoon and Sunday will be great.

Grand: 1580 cfs and dropping slowly. Not fishing as of yet and tribs are not holding many fish.

Vermilion: 124 cfs and dropping. Reports have been good when the visibility is good.
This weekend looks very promising for this westsider.

Rocky: 428 cfs and dropping. Not sure about today but tomorrow should be prime.

ELK: This PA trib has been fishing well but is getting on the low and clear side.
