The weather has broken, sun is shining and the fish are biting, all is good again.  The local steelhead tribs have been producing very well the last week and we expect the fishing to be strong through mid-may this year.  The Pa trout season is off to a slow start but picking up steam as water temps continue to warm up to more favorable temps.  Lake run smallmouth have started to show up but don't expect big numbers any time soon in the river or bays until that water warms up a few degrees.  Tight lines and don't forget to support your local fly shop, Dan and Pete.

Interested in fishing Montana with us this August? We would love to have you along.

Steelheading has finally picked up in the local tribs.  Grand, Chagrin, and Conneaut have all been pretty good.

Good polarized shades are a must for anglers on all waters.

We have been doing some fun fishing in Pa as well.  If you are headed that way to do some trout fishing stop on in for the right bugs.
