The new simms freestone wading boot arrived today and it looks like it was worth the wait. Decked out with toe guards, heel guard, pull on tab, vibram soles and only $129.00. Can't go wrong with this one.

We also have a few of the new Orvis superfine touch fly rods which replaced the way to stiff trout bum series of a few years ago. This one will take you back to the original superfine rods that were the full flex, gentle rods that delivered a fly perfectly with very little effort. If you are in the market for a smaller stream rod that delivers on both style and function come on down and check them out.

Continuing with Orvis the new hydros and access reels have arrived and while not having fished them yet they appear to be a great reel for the money. Very similiar to the mid and large arbors but with a more modern spin on the design.

Some great deals remain on Patagonia and Orvis wading jackets as well.

That's about it around here, oh we did get a bunch of new tying stuff in as well that i almost forgot about. Also upcoming seminars include Greg Senyo fly tying demos on the 12th and George Daniels "trout master" presentations on the 19th, for more details on these check out the events page. Until next time, Dan and Pete.
