Cold, cold, and more cold has been the story here in Northeast Ohio for some time now.  Anglers are coming into the shop just itching for some good news on the local fishing front and i'm not sure what to tell them.  Best case scenario winters loosens its grip sooner than later since it began so early this year.  No matter what happens i know the guys will be ready when the weather breaks.  For now lots of fly tiers spinning bugs for the spring steelhead run and early season trouting.

Saturday Febraury 8th:  Mark DeFrank Great Lakes Steelhead flies.  Marks flies are popular among great lakes steelheaders for two reasons. they are expertly tied and they catch fish.  Stop in for a great demo on tying flies for both indicator fishing and swinging. 11am-3pm

Saturday February 22nd:  George Daniels will share his trout fishing expertise through an informative new slide show presentation along with a tying demo of some of his favorite central Pennsylvania fly patterns. 11am-3pm

Saturday March 1st:  Jerry Darkes puts a new spin on tube flies and will demo some of his favorites for the great lakes when targeting steelhead, bass, and pike.  Jerry will also be on hand to sign copies of his new book "FLY FISHING THE INLAND OCEANS" 11am-3pm
